Working with us

How long does a website take?

Most sites launch in four to eight weeks. You’ll see real progress you can click well before that — not status reports.

Do you use templates?

No. Your site is designed for your business and built with custom code — that’s why it’s fast, and why it doesn’t look like the last site you visited.

Who owns what you build?

Once 12 months have passed and all 12 monthly payments are made, the finished site is yours, including the site-specific design, code, and content we created for your business. Your domain and anything you gave us are yours from day one. Cagii’s reusable platform and tools remain ours, but after transfer you can use them at no added cost for as long as the site exists, and they can move with the site. Third-party products keep their existing licenses. Cancel sooner and the site-specific build stays with Cagii.

Can you host and maintain it?

Every plan includes hosting, updates, security, and small content changes up to the plan’s monthly limit. Keeping the site fast and working is on us.

Could AI actually help my business?

Sometimes. It’s useful when it answers repeat questions, follows up with leads, or takes repetitive work off your plate. If it won’t make something meaningfully easier, we won’t recommend it.

When does custom software make sense?

When your team keeps entering the same information twice, fighting a tool that doesn’t fit the job, or spending hours on steps that could happen automatically. We’ll tell you if the time it saves is worth the cost.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Yes. Honestly, it doesn’t come up often — most owners who call want the old site replaced, not patched. But if yours is in decent shape and just needs someone looking after it, we’ll take it on, and we’ll tell you straight which one you actually need.

What if I want to leave?

You can cancel anytime. Until 12 months have passed and all 12 monthly payments are made, your domain and anything you supplied leave with you, but the site-specific build stays with Cagii. After that point, the finished site goes too. There’s no separate buyout fee.

What counts as a page?

A page is one main destination, such as Home, About, Services, or Contact. Individual products in an online store don’t count toward the page total.

What does a small online store include?

The $399 plan includes up to 20 products; the $599 plan includes up to 50. Both include a standard checkout, payments, shipping, and pickup. Subscriptions, memberships, point-of-sale syncing, or custom fulfillment are quoted separately.

What counts as a small content change?

A quick edit to something already on the site — changing hours or text, swapping a photo, or updating a menu item or product detail. New pages, features, or design work are quoted before we start.

Are there any outside fees?

Only when your site uses another company’s paid service. Payment-processing fees, shipping labels, paid apps, usage-based services, and extra email inbox licenses are separate. We’ll point those out before anything is connected.

Still have one we missed.

Ask it — we’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right fit.
